William J. (Bill) Cutchin had a business background before he went to law school. While in banking, he first became interested in Elder Law and Estate Planning when he financed several retirement home projects. Bill then attended Law School at the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Charleston County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of South Carolina. After working for another law firm, he opened Cutchin Law Firm, PC in 1999 in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Cutchin Law Firm, PC takes a personal approach to Proper Estate Planning. We take the time to get to know you as a person, including your likes and dislikes, goals, ambitions, hopes, and desires. We do not believe that "one size fits all" in Estate Planning. Each of our clients has different needs and those needs are only addressed by properly analyzing YOUR situation.

We look forward to assisting any and all South Carolina citizens in any way with your Estate Planning.
