Advanced Medical Directives
South Carolina and many other states now allow an individual to give directives of how one is to be taken care of medically before you actually need the medical attention. These are legal documents and collectively are known as advanced medical directives.
South Carolina has three advanced medical directives, and each one serves a different purpose.
Please click in the area below for more detailed information on these directives and on the Docubank service.
At Cutchin Law Firm, because of the importance of these documents, we have long had a policy to never charge anyone for the drafting of these documents.
