Trust Preventive Maintenance Program
We created our Trust Preventive Maintenance Program because we realized our clients need to continue with their Estate Planning process. There have been too many incidents of clients coming in with an Estate Plan they had created decades ago and then forgot about. In the mean time, the laws had changed, the way of handling Estate Planning had changed, and their situation had changed.
Optional plan
In designing the Trust Preventive Maintenance Program, we realized it may not be what everyone needs. We decided that we would give each of our Trust clients a membership in the program for the first six months after their Trust was created. Then, if the client wishes, he/she can continue the Program on an annual basis for a fee. This accomplishes two goals:
-
It allows them to make any changes in their plan for six months without any additional charges.
-
It helps prevent the overwhelming feeling most people have when creating an Estate Plan so they can decide if they wish to continue with the maintenance program.
