We suggest you select the area of primary concern and then quickly visit the various pages associated with that area.

Trust Preventive Maintenance Program

We created our Trust Preventive Maintenance Program because we realized our clients need to continue with their Estate Planning process.  There have been too many incidents of clients coming in with an Estate Plan they had created decades ago and then forgot about.  In the mean time, the laws had changed, the way of handling Estate Planning had changed, and their situation had changed.

Optional plan

In designing the Trust Preventive Maintenance Program, we realized it may not be what everyone needs.  We decided that we would give each of our Trust clients a membership in the program for the first six months after their Trust was created.  Then, if the client wishes, he/she can continue the Program on an annual basis for a fee.  This accomplishes two goals:

The program

The Trust Preventive Maintenance Program includes the following items:

1

Workshops (a minimum of three per year)
            - to keep you informed on estate planning issues and
            - to train your successor trustees and agents.
You may invite your trustees, friends, and financial advisors.

2

Unlimited future transfers of assets acquired after the initial Estate Planning into your trust so you never have to worry.
(Note:  If real estate outside South Carolina is acquired, we will assist your lawyer in that State with properly titling your property.)
We’ll take care of it, just let us know!

3

Unlimited legal questions for your peace of mind.
Call us anytime at no charge and receive access to our trusted team of legal experts - if we are not able to help you we will refer you to another attorney hand-picked by us.

4

Annual review of your assets and update of your asset spreadsheet so your loved ones know what to look for after you are gone.

5

Annual trust funding report delivered to you for reviewing the current status of your assets funded to the trust.

6
