Fee Schedule For Estate Planning
Estate Planning is a process, not the production of a set of documents.
In fact, we do not charge for the documents themselves – we charge for the knowledge, experience, and personal attention you are given to provide you with the Estate Planning you need for your situation. On the other hand, you naturally want to have an idea of what your financial investment will be in your Estate Plan.
Except in very extraordinary cases, we always offer flat-rate, up-front pricing on all our estate plans. That way you know the exact amount you are going to invest before you engage us to prepare your Estate Plan.
The best way to learn about Estate Planning is to attend one of our free workshops. Even if you do not attend a workshop, we are glad to work with you during an initial no-cost, no-obligation meeting to develop a plan that properly meets your needs and to provide you with alternative plans which you then decide among. We will quote a “flat fee” prior to starting any work for you.
Because the range of fees are so dependent on exactly what we do for each client, we can only say here that our fees range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars, with the majority of the fees being a few thousand dollars. BUT, we always give you different options at different fee levels because we never know exactly what is best for you....only you know that, and you will only know that after we sit down and have a discussion.
