Docubank
Docubank is a service we advise our clients to use and which we often include in a Trust package and which we include for members of the Trust Preventative Maintenance Program.
Docubank is located in Pennsylvania. We send a copy of the healthcare documents for our clients to Docubank who in turn scans these documents on their computer.
A card is then mailed to our clients. This is an emergency card which we suggest the client keeps next to his/her drivers license or other form of identification.
The card has information on it which allows any healthcare provider in the world to contact Docubank. Docubank will then fax to the healthcare provider the client’s healthcare documents within two or three minutes.
Docubank frees the client, no matter where they are are, from having to always have a copy of the healthcare documents with them.
This is a unique service which we are happy to offer to our clients.
