Estate Planning, while most people are aware of the importance of it, is one of the most complex areas of law because there are so many variables involved. People often ask me why more people do not have their Estate Planning completed.
My answer is simply that most people are not properly educated on the subject. Many people receive erroneous information from friends, family members, and others. As a result of this erroneous and often conflicting information, most people do nothing, to the detriment of themselves and their families.
In an effort to combat this problem, I conduct educational seminars at various times and in various places. These seminars are NOT sales seminars, they exist strictly for the purpose of educating the public.
